Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped anywhere in the United States using the following carriers: USPS.
How it Works:
- All orders placed before 2 PM PST will be processed in 3 days.
- Once processed, you will receive your order within 14 business days. Note, shipping time may vary dependent upon recipient's location, and the warehouse the item(s) are shipped from (please see Warehouses below)
- USA Warehouse
- China
- Europe Warehouse
- Mexico Warehouse
Shipping timelines are estimates and do not account for holidays, inclement weather, back orders, or general postal service performance issues. Payment, receipt, and tracking information are provided via email after orders are completed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable this includes: exchanges and returns. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
